The Mysterious Mata Hari Boutique

Does anybody know anything about a 60's London boutique named Mata Hari, all I know is it was active circa 1967 from this very cool pic. I have a little jacket/dress thing from there and would love to know more about it!

It sounds familiar, but I can't think where from. It's frustrating isn't it? I still only know the briefest of things about the Pussy Galore boutique....I guess these ones just popped up and then popped back down again (with minimal fuss in the press). I shall let you know if I find anything though!!

I hadn't realised this was such an old post. If you're still hunting for info on it, I found a page here with a lot of photos by the same photographer, maybe you can track down the photo from this? I also saw reference to it somewhere which said the boutique was in Earls Court.

The name of the boutique is familiar to me, but I'm not sure if I ever visited it. (I'm an oldie - I was a teen in the 60s).

Also, the girl in the pic (the 'mata hari' image) was used on the cover of the hippy newspaper I.T. :)

Hi, Mata Hari was run by Annette Weysom and located at 410 Kings Road. It sold amazing clothes made from satins and silks. Annette also had another boutique furher uo Kings Road called Battle of the Little Big Horn, selling clothes made from chamois leather.
