I used to buy Miners make-up in our local Woolworths (the town hasn't been the same without it). My fave thing was the mascara. It was in a bottle the size of a nail polish and I used to pull the stopper out so that the brush was loaded with product. It was the only way to get decent lashes!
I loved Miners back in the 1980's, they were the coolest brand of the day. That ad is fab. xxx
ReplyDeleteAt the risk of sounding like an anorak (even though I am) the logo looks a lot like the font on the Small Faces drum head!
ReplyDeleteI always love Miners adverts, not seen this one before! xx
ReplyDeleteI saw an original Small Faces drumskin at the British Music Experience recently - I always think the logo is oddly similar to the old Sinn Fein one!
ReplyDeleteHi my dear-fabulous pout and a fun ad! Your etsy shop is lovely, you've gorgeous dresses-good luck xxx
